Master Data Process Analyst
(6 months fix-term)

Job purpose:
The Master Data team has a global role working with all the operational centres and the business to deliver process standardisation and improvement, including process efficiencies and increased data quality. The Process Analyst reports to the P2P/O2C Global Data Manager, working in conjunction with the Senior Master Data Analyst and is responsible designing, managing, enforcing and measuring compliance to data management processes and standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and facilitating process design optimisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enforce established process and data standards
  • Leadership to assist the other teams on all master data related issues and questions
  • Support to the business to build capability to manage master data activities
  • Resolve business queries and provide ‘helpdesk’-type support
  • Maintain and enforce the established way of working around issue resolution and connected mail handling
  • Support continuous improvement evaluation and initiation for global data management
  • Support the analysis, development and implementation of CI initiatives to deliver simplification and standardisation of master data requests, improvements in validation and data creation, and delivery of improvements in data quality
  • Support the change control process for any proposed changes to master data processes or data standards
  • Assist with management of stakeholder relationships
You should apply, if you:
  • Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Have experience in business services, outsourcing or similar
  • Business/Process Analysis experience, preferably with strong user interaction
  • Experience with tools and systems associated with master data, data gathering, compilation and analysis
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills required given diverse nature of operating landscape
  • Skilled in Microsoft suite of applications (Visio, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines
  • Ability to think outside-the-box
